Here's a recent job we did at Erw Porthor Chalet park near Tywyn .
The customers had a gap behind the chalet and then around 50cm of cliff. The deck at the bottom of the chalet lost sun before mid day and they wanted an area to sit and enjoy the sun for as long as possible.
We worked with them and the park owner and came up with his design. The deck gives them 5x3 meters of useable space and the stair case keeps it tied into the lower level deck for them. As with all our stair cases we like to keep the angle as friendly as possible so the drops here are 7.5 inches on 11" treads.
